Attend one or two days and enjoy a variety of wellness activities, yoga and healing movement, sound healing, peace and relaxation, "me" time, music, art and soulful connection.
Each day is a stand-alone experience. Treat yourself to an immersive weekend, or a single-day getaway. Maybe bring a friend or make a new one!
Fundraiser for YRHAP Yoga, Recovery & Healing Arts Project 501(c)(3), an Arizona nonprofit expanding access to arts & wellness events in our communities. Donations are gratefully accepted and fully tax-deductible.

- Dance & Free Movement - Gentle movement to release blocks and find joy
- Sound Healing - Relax and refresh fully with unique sound bath experiences
- Creative Wellness "Play"shops - Create, play and enjoy free-flow time with yourself and others
- Nourishing ME Time & Self-Care Tools for recharging
- Sharing Circles - Share, see and be seen in a safe space and build trust in community
- Goddess Photo Studio - Be your beautiful self and play in the Goddess closet. Enjoy take-home memories to cherish.
- Healthy Food, Snacks & Tea Lounge - Nourish your body and soul throughout the day as you need it.
SCHEDULE:
- Doors open 9:30am with beverage bar.
- Wellness Sessions offered throughout the day 10:00am - 3:00pm.
- Each day includes: gentle movement, yoga, dance, art, music, guided wellness sessions, creative activities, and "free flow time"
- A balance of structured and self-guided experiences to heal, grow and renew.
- Tea Lounge & Creation Stations open until 4:00pm
