Join us for community yoga & relaxation classes every Monday by donation. All welcome.
YOU are invited to an all-levels yoga & meditation class to stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax. Beginners to advanced welcome. Chair and block modifications are offered. Bring mat (some available) & water.
Weekly, by donation (sugg. $3-10). Come as you are.
